A day no one will forget

I saw on the t.v screen the world trade center standing tall
A moment later I saw a plane coming by
It hit the building so suddenly,that i didnot have time to realize
At first i didn’t get what happened
It was like a movie,a sight so amazing
Then I realized what was going on
I still couldnot believe my eyes
After everything became clear, it was so sad to think it through
The people in the plane,the ones inside the building…
It was a day no one will forget

The first thing I think about when I wake up is coffee. I love the smell, but I mostly love the comfort it provides. It makes me forget what is happening in the outside world. It makes me feel okay. It reminds me that I am alive and that I have a lot to be thankful for.
