Fahrenheit 9/11

Fahrenheit was great. It was absolutely the right kind of movie to be made. I hope everybody sees it because it sure is a wake-up call for everyone. I definitely agree with Michael Moore, I think he is right down to the bone. The whole war in Iraq, just as I thought, was a big mistake, and Presiden Bush’s praise for Iraq’s “freedom” for Iraqis was a big lie. I knew that from the start. I knew nothing had changed for them except a new hatred towards America. It was a really sad movie, but our lives are sad.

When is it that war is not sad? The whole act of war is pointless in my opinion. What good did it do other than killing innocents, Iraqis and Americans who were told by their president, “we are giving them freedom”, yeah, right. What freedom? Is freedom breaking into people’s houses, killing them, bombing them, and taking away thir privay? There are many that claim they are giving freedom to the middle-east, or they’re bringing democracy, but all they’re really doing is making themselves more powerful. September 11 was a sad tragedy, but why did we make it worse by declaring war on a country which,in my opinion, had nothing to do with 9/11? The bottom line is that sadly, this is not the end of it.
