A rainy day in Virginia

It has been raining all day. I hate it. It is cold and wet and I have nothing to think about. No, I lied, I have lots to think about. I hope the rain stops. I wish I had someone to talk to. It has been a long yet good day. Everything went well except the weather.

The first thing I think about when I wake up is coffee. I love the smell, but I mostly love the comfort it provides. It makes me forget what is happening in the outside world. It makes me feel okay. It reminds me that I am alive and that I have a lot to be thankful for.
